Tasha Stanton is the Chief Financial Officer of Southern Legacy of Life (SLL), bringing nearly a decade of dedicated experience in organ donation and transplantation finance. She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and a Master of Business Administration from Harding University in Searcy, Arkansas.

Ms. Stanton has earned multiple professional certifications, including Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Global Management Accountant (CGMA), and Not-for-Profit Accounting Certification through the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). Her deep expertise spans not-for-profit and governmental accounting, supported by more than 18 years of prior experience working with organizations funded through corporate and private donations.

Her passion for the mission of organ donation began when her uncle, Mr. Sam Owens, received a life-saving kidney transplant. This personal connection drives her commitment to strengthening the financial foundation of SLL. She is known for developing innovative, ethical, and sustainable financial strategies that ensure Southern Legacy of Life can continuously support its mission to restore lives through the recovery of organs and tissues.

Ms. Stanton’s extensive background in nonprofit and governmental financial management uniquely positions her as an expert in responsible resource allocation—ensuring that every dollar supports SLL’s life-changing work.
